“Gooseberry” Gift

One of my favorite friends has a special birthday coming up, so I made her a simple table runner!

I had a mini charm of the adorable Gooseberry fabric, so along with some white Kona, I made it go a little bit further. This pattern was in a recent magazine that I picked up. It went together easily in an afternoon.

I quilted with the swirly twirls because I thought my friend would enjoy them. These fabrics are rich in color and so bright and pretty!

I used this fun navy with cherries for the back and then a cute polka dot for the binding. I always machine stitch the binding on, because it just kills my hands to hand sew anything these days. I’ve gotten used to the look so it doesn’t bother me.

Wrapped up with a bow and ready to be gifted!
